Oral Presentation

E Poster Viewing

  1. Participants who have interest in presenting a poster presentation are invited to submit an abstract.
  2. Presenting authors must be completed their registration, payment processes and attended as symposium participants.
  3. All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Program Committee and may be accepted for oral presentation during the 2nd Australasian Stroke Academy- Indonesian- WSO Virtual Congress or e-poster viewing during 5th Scientific Meeting Updates in Neurology 2023.
  4. Scientific Committee will choose the best 12 abstracts for oral presentations.
  5. The participants’s abstracts, which have been selected for oral presentation, are required to submit their oral presentation slides as well as to present their abstract by using power point slide virtually.
  6. Oral presentation will be held on the 2nd Australasian Stroke Academy-Indonesian Stroke Society with World Stroke Organization virtual congress.
  7. We will select 2 oral presenter each day, and the prizes will be awarded each day.
  8. The oral presentations will be conducted by the international and national speakers who serve as the examiners.
  9. E-poster documents will be published on the 5th Scientific Meeting Updates in Neurology 2023 website and available for e-poster viewing on the day the 5th Scientific Meeting Updates in Neurology 2023.
  10. The right for Publication rights belong to the 5th Scientific Meeting Updates in Neurology 2023 committee.
  11. Participant abstracts will be published in our proceeding book.
  12. Participants must pay attention to the deadline for submitting articles and other announcements available on the 5th Scientific Meeting Updates in Neurology 2023 web page
  13. Participants need to read carefully and follow all provisions related to the abstract.
  14. Participant’s abstracts are subject to the decision of the committee.
  • The topic of the abstract should be related to Neurology and Neuroscience in all its aspects.
  • Only abstracts submitted via the online submission form will be sent to the Abstract Review Committee for review. Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be accepted. 
  • You will receive confirmation that your abstract has been received, by mid-August 2023.
  • Please contact the Secretariat if you have not received confirmation that your abstract has been received.
  • Instructions for preparation of oral presentation and e-poster viewing will be sent together with acceptance notifications.
  • The abstract must be typed in English and Indonesian and should be limited to 250 words. Supported file format is Microsoft Word.
  • The abstract must be typed using Times New Roman, using A4 pages setting, in one column with side margin of 3 cm from the top of the page, 2 cm from the bottom of the page, 2 cm from the right and left sides of the page. The line spacing used is single spacing with justified alignment.
  • The font size of the title is 14, bold, with center alignment.
  • The font size for the name of the author(s) is 12 and bold. The main author should be written at the front and underlined. The city and country of the institution are typed using font size 10.
  • The content of the abstract is written two lines below the address of the affiliations.
  • The content of the study is written in one paragraph with the font style Times New Roman, size 10, and single-spaced.
  • The headers of the paragraph for research paper are Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  • The headers for case report or series are Introduction, Case, and Conclusion.
  • All abstracts will be included in the proceeding book and the committee has the right to alter the format of the abstract to suit the format of the proceeding book.
